Volvo S60 Wagon Presents 2011
Seven months after the 2011 Volvo S60 models presented, the Swedish car manufacturer announced it will launch a version of the station wagon that has entered production at the factory Torslanda.
This is the last model designed under the leadership of Ford, but to be the first to do a new era of ownership of production in China, as reported by autoevolution.
Currently the production capacity of 60 cars a day will, and will increase to more than 100 cars, then in early November to reach 240 units per day.
This model will be offered with 5 options petrol engine and 3 diesel engines. For the first production will only be available with two petrol engines, which powered T6 3.0l 304 bhp with a torque of 440 Nm and a power 2.0T 203 bhp with 300 Nm trosi. Then two diesel-powered 2.4 D5 205 bhp and 420 Nm of torque and 163 bhp 2.0 D3-powered with a torque of 400 Nm.
Then, car manufacturers will add the remaining gasoline engine, 2.0 T5 (240 bhp/320 Nm), 1.6 T4 (180 bhp/240 Nm) and 1.6 T3 (150 bhp/240 Nm) and the remaining units of diesel, which is a , 6 D DRIVE (115 Nm bhp/270).
This model will be equipped with the latest advances in safety features of Volvo, including Corner Traction Control and Pedestrian Detection with Full Auto Brake.
